3 Good Gymers headed to Parkwood Springs to help in its monthly maintenance TLC session. Our activities included - keeping the weeds at bay through weeding and subsequent mulching. Celine and Kat arrived part way through the session - just in time for the freshly brewed kettle, fresh from our GG morning Dig Deep Recce lead by Mountain (Ultra) Marathon Mike :)
Today's Parkwood Spring highlights included:
Listening to the music sound waves from Peace in the Park
Treemendous Tim's vintage After 8 mints
and James' very technological bike sat nav system ;)
Next month we hope to be harvesting from the trees and fruit bushes in the garden. We hope you can join us. Caroline we missed you, and your tasty bread baking today :)

"James' very technological bike sat nav system ;)" Not that people read these, but just for the record, it was a piece of paper with directions written on it in a smart phone bike holder :D
