Tea and talk of terribly behaved dogs

It was lovely to meet Miss D today, she was very welcoming and even made me a cup of tea. We had a great time chatting about all sorts of things including her years as a teacher and her passion for birdwatching. We had a good laugh about her nieces new dog who has been climbing on her furniture and I told a few stories about my pesky dog too. All in all it was a great visit and Miss D said how much she’d enjoyed having someone to talk to.
