4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Portsmouth.

John & Vicki volunteered at Parkrun to conserve energy for the following day!! GSR!! . Vicki marshalled at the turn around point, John was timekeeper!!
We also saw Jen & Dave as they were car park Marshall’s!
