They enjoyed themselves so much at the previous nights Frenford Food Bank session that AJ, James and Linda came back early this morning to do it all again.

With mostly everything prepped from the night before it was a pretty smooth start to proceedings. There was a little adjustment mid-way as we had to shift from using the gym to the dance studio but we are now used to the organised chaos at Frenford so we just got in with it.

There was lots of lively help from local youngsters with entertainment and distraction provided by little "J" a bit of a pain but forgiven because of his eagerness to help and adorable smile.

We were pretty much finished packing when AJ's Niece and her boy turned up so AJ immediately recruited them to help with the last few bits.

Once again a good job jobbed by all. 😁
