Mr A lives in sheltered accommodation, but is unable to get out to shop for himself. When I arrived, he had a comprehensive shopping list, High Street Voucher book, and cash, ready and waiting.

His shop of choice is Iceland, but as I am not familiar with the layout, it took me a few laps of the aisles to complete the task...which certainly helped my daily step count 😉.

My mum always told me, if ever I was lost or unsure, ‘You’ve got a tongue in your head - ask’, so I did. In particular, I pestered two of the shop assistants who were extremely helpful, pleasant and polite, and I found everything on the list.

After mechanical issues with my bike, I had to call on the assistance (and car) of my daughter (again). So, many thanks, Kira👍
