What a pleasure to ride out today. The weather was dry and the sun bright.

Mr J had his list, bags and money ready. We had a short chat before I headed off to Asda. A little busy, but a relatively quick foray up and down the aisles.

I treated myself to a breakfast bacon bap before dropping off the bags of shopping.

Mr J has managed to have a short walk in the sunshine, but has mostly been keeping himself busy with his model making. In particular, he has been working on the electrics for his Spitfire...a working propeller, lights and flaps...a real labour of love.

We also had quite a long chat about family and friends. Mr J cannot wait for the end of lockdown, when he can resume his 5-times-a-week visits to the bowling green, and meet up with his friends once more.
