Sunny Sunday Run

4 GoodGymers made their way 13.0km on a training session in Colchester.

After a dynamic warm up, the runners left leisure world for a friendly 5k. However, it was such a beautiful morning that at each junction they were tempted to do just a little bit extra, so it ended up being a tour of Colchester and its wildlife! We saw swans, ducks, moorhens, sparrows, rabbits, squirrels, geese, seagulls and great tits. Well done everyone, great running and chatting! 👍 😁
