1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Mr L is unable to get up and down the many stairs up to his flat on the top floor of his building, and the post was piling up in the hallway downstairs and the rubbish was piling up upstairs… So with a couple of trips up and down the stairs I was able to help.
