What a fab evening at Good gym Bexley. Tonight we headed out to Park View Care home to help build a vegetable patch for them. It was all hands on deck, oh and shovels, forks and a wheel barrow. It was just brilliant watching everyone get stuck in as we broke through the turf and started forming something that was going to be a real asset to the care home and its residents.

IT WAS BRILLIANT WATCHING EVERYONE GET STUCK IN

Most the talk of the evening was about Charlton getting to the finals at Wembley, with those not even interested in football getting involved with the chat. Thats whats so great about Goodgym, its gets everyone involved with a sense of belonging. Before we knew time had crept up on us but we really needed and wanted to get this job finished. It doesn't happen often, but we left a little later than usual, so we had to make a real dash back to base camp to try and finish on time. Well done everyone for a brilliant nights work. You guys rock!!
