Well the great Summer of 2018 may finally be over, or has at least given up on the sunshine, this was a wet one! I ran to meet an equally soggy looking Lucy and we continued on to Mrs J who was very surprised to see us when we arrived "I didn't think you'd turn up in t' rain!". We explained that not even rain could keep us from our mission and we quickly took to our task, clearing the overgrown brambles that had taken over the garden. Lucy was straight to the root of the problem and before long we were digging out roots and snipping the long thorny brambles until we'd filled the garden waste bin to bursting. Mrs J took pity on us and came to the rescue with hot cups of tea to warm us up before our run home.
