Short Shift

Another Saturday shift at the Excel, with the added bonus on this shift of both Hilary and Graham receiving their second vaccine doses! A good opportunity for a bit of 'mystery shopping' seeing the (very positive) experience from the other side. After the weekly lateral flow tests we were all assigned to our positions, but with the vaccinations being particularly efficient today and largely all completed ahead of closing, our shift came to an unusually early end, so we took the opportunity for a quick post shift pint with our fellow volunteers before the traditional walk back down the Greenway to Stratford.
