Short and Sweet and Slow

A lovely trot up to Hampstead Cemetery to get some miles in and then down to West Hampsteady parts to pick up Ms D's prescription. It was a beautiful sunny day (and my day off!) and it felt like a really comfortable run so happy days!
Ms D was really grateful to have some help and lots of people out and about were smiley and happy :D a great Mission all round.
Here is a picture of my cat having a nap to give you a break from seeing my face; see if you can figure out which way is up.
