A lovely trot up to Hampstead Cemetery to get some miles in and then down to West Hampsteady parts to pick up Ms D's prescription. It was a beautiful sunny day (and my day off!) and it felt like a really comfortable run so happy days!

Ms D was really grateful to have some help and lots of people out and about were smiley and happy :D a great Mission all round.
