My first shopping mission was a pleasure as Mr R was well prepared and knew exactly what he wanted, the only change to his list was to get some sweet microwave porridge rather than the usual Weetabix. I was a bit confused by the mission having a typed up list of groceries and the photo for the mission having a very different handwritten list, but that was soon sorted out.

Mr R told me a shortcut to Sainsburys in Alperton which I mostly followed, I decide to stick to the regular roads and not head down any alleyways on my short run there. This task had a lot of walking and running through industrial areas, very different to other areas of Ealing that I've seen.

Today was actually the first time I'd done a proper shop in a supermarket since the first lockdown, so mask on then wandering the aisles of a supermarket I'd never been to. I managed to find everything on the list including the requested breakfast, some Oat-so-Simple.

Mr R was happy to get everything he wanted and I set off home to put my feet up after a busy morning.

Come on, alleyways are the most exciting routes! 😉 Well done on the first solo mission and the first shopping task!
