A drizzly day turned to beautiful sunshine just in time for our afternoon mission - clearing the garden for Mr J & Mrs B so they can enjoy some time outdoors in the summer. After a quick introduction from Mr J, we set to work.

Yan cut back a sycamore & some ivy to clear a flowerbed while Pauline valiantly tussled with an overgrown corner of ivy (and won, of course!), and I took some shears to an overgrown hedge to allow access to the back gate.

An hour later we'd filled FIVE bags with garden cuttings, and after a quick clear up we left the garden looking much better.

A very enjoyable task and a job well done!
