We arrived to find our AJ flaked out as she had given her thumb a nasty bash with one of the Mutant Ninja Trolleys...those things do need careful handling. Thankfully after a little lie down and an out of date Mr Kipling she was good to go. Linda was also a little under the weather so wasn't as effective as she could be. Luckily we had Mike, James and the rest of the Frenford team to put together over 40 food packages

The last time that the Good Gym volunteers attended the food bank there was a special event going on that meant the area where the food is stored was ‘ tidied ‘ up. We arrived on the Friday afternoon and some of the food was moved from its usual place and put somewhere totally different. When we came to pack the days orders , we struggled to find the items stuffed into a space that seemed odd ( baked beans next to fish ? ) to say the least. We eventually tamed the order to somewhere like normal to make things easier on the Saturday.
