Another shopping trip, and another location very close to home.

Mr K was in need of a few essentials and had been unable to cook a meal the previous night...he wasn’t too upset about it though...it meant that he had an excuse for having a take-away from the local chippy. I can recommend it, too, as it is also my local 👍 We had a quick chat, during which he told me that he used to ride a bike, but that he’d fallen off at the traffic lights down the road. I assured him that I, too, had had my fair share of falls from several bikes.

Then it was back to Asda, and I quickly checked off everything on the list - well, almost everything. Mr K had asked for a multi-pack of pork scratchings, but they didn’t seem to exist. After several trips up and down the aisles, I finally found some individual packets, which I hoped would be up to scratch.

Mr K was very happy to receive his shopping, and the pork scratching went down well. As he waved me off, he thanked me for helping out, and told me to be careful to not fall off my bike!
