3 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help the Thames Hospice in Slough.

3 runners met outside Thames Hospice of course we need a coffee before the task.
We welcome Nital to Langley Hospice who kindly offered to help us on his day off, well done for cycling too.
Todays task was sorting Mens wear in piles of: Jackets, formal wear, casual wear, jumpers and accessories. N & N not M&M were pretty speey sorting through all the bags of donations. Nisha our Fashion Guru needed a quick Twister before hand. Whats that song called ' Put your hands up in the air ' ' Put your bum up in the air'
Swiftly moving onto kids clothes we sorted trough 12 bags.
