Love these tasks at Thanes Hospice of sorting through donation bags into colours and trends.
Block coloured clothes are no issue but when an item has more than one colour on it the conversations get quite amusing as we all try to decipher the main colour, the shade and if it's multicoloured!!
Within one hour we had sorted through 20 bags and re-bagged them into main colours.

5 volunteers met up today despite the drizzle.
Welcome our newest member Anna to the session we hope you enjoyed our task.
Sorted out 20x bags of Summer Clothing in the smallest space ever.
We split up the group so Manjit and Sut went to litter Pick around the car park area. We used the opportunity to help towards the Great British Spring Clean https://www.goodgym.org/happenings/great-british-spring-clean-15th-31st-march

4 goodgymers helped May sort out Summer colours with our creative Maya she helped us put them in the right shades.
The team managed to sort around 10 bags of clothing with plenty mote arriving, Helen found a great Fat Face item and Sut/Maya went for the swim selection.

5 goodgymers joined in to sort out Winter Colours, It certainly felt like winter by the garages so we helped ourselves to hats and coats with Pride.
We sorted more than 10bags of colours.

Sunshine stayed around for our goodgymers. Over 10 bags of clothes sorted into colours.
It looks like Pam and Helen have found their Easter Bunny costimes for next year.

Step in time

Goodgym Slough were in Maidenhead last night supporting a 24 hour epic step (hit step) for Thames Hospice
The team went down to support & encourage steppers to step in time & keep the core group going !
It was great to see a community coming together with food, refreshments & a bbq in what ended up a warm summer night in September!
Stepping against a backdrop of flood & candle (battery powered) lights & funky music was great.
