9 GoodGymers made their way 5km in a race in Norwich.

It was great to see several faces from GoodGym at Catton Parkrun this morning, which we followed up with an awesome breakfast at Cafe Brittania.
We done to everyone for hitting good times. Car finished 2nd and Dan. It was also Samantha's 1st ever Parkrun.
We will do it again soon!
