Standing ovation for this Halloween Week Pun by Paul!

This is the first group run we've had where everyone has walked and it was a great night to do so. Check out Charlotte's amazing photo of Newcastle Eagles Arena when we arrived!

It was our monthly visit to Newcastle Eagles tonight where we lend a hand to clear sections of their community gardens in the car park. It was brilliant to have Richard back for the first time since the foodbank community missions last summer. He told us his tales of parkrunning in Finland and doing two marathons in the same amount of weeks. Kudos.

We spent our time tonight weeding and clearing two sections of the car park and the before and after photos show what a difference we can make in a short space of time. Despite Paul getting dramatically prickled along the back of his leg, and Charlotte and Aimee falling down THE SAME step, we had a fantastic night.

Our next group run is a Saturday special, join us for a gardening task on Saturday 6th with Launchpad Veterans.
