Ms L's prescription was a fabulous excuse to get outside and test out my new Tetris leggings and enjoy some winter sunshine at the same time.
On the way home, I took a detour to try an experimental "NEW" route to fulfil my January Challenge GG Bingo obligations (run a new route) for the day!
