3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Keep Wales Tidy in Cardiff.

Nathan, Fi and Lucy (welcome back) weren't put off by the gloomy weather and met ar the library to plog their way to South Wales Orienteering Club maprun series.
Using the plog as a warmup they collected a good bag of rubbish before hitting the streets for 45 mins of map reading by head torch light
