Post run, pre iced coffee

This was a good deed I had been putting off for a while - taking some parcels to the post office for my neighbour. A 1km run later, I reached the queue, which was as epic as usual. I passed the time reading about the amazing lineup of events for the GoodGym Virtual Games!

1k back home, and time to enjoy the back garden and a homemade iced coffee 😎
