Another Tuesday shopping trip for Mr M, and a wander through our local shopping centre.

It is interesting to note how quickly we have adapted to life during lockdown, and to see what is now considered 'the norm'. Hand sanitising stations, pop-up testing centres and public information posters abound.

Mr M is doing his best to stay positive and is hoping for some warmer weather, so that he can get out for a bit of fresh air and gentle exercise. He asked if I could post his census form on the way home...even little things like this are helping out, but make me realise how restricted Mr M has been all these months.

It is humbling to think of so many sheilding residents who have put their lives on hold, to protect themselves and others...
