This morning Nick, Stu and Huw volunteered oncemore at The Peepul Centre helping another 450 local residents get their covid vaccine shots.

Stu marshalled the car park before nipping off to his GP for his own vaccine, Nick took temperatures and sanitised hands at the front entrance with an occasional trip through the vaccination process helping a patient with wheelchair pushing services while Huw patrolled the back door.

A little bit of a bottleneck today of patients while the staff switched from one vaccine to another was soon sorted by the introduction of a busy parkrun style double funnel queueing system to keep everyone safely distanced while reducing queues outside in the freezing conditions as quickly as possible. The benefits of having some runners in your volunteer squad!
