4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Some excellent paving done by all! Path is looking wonk-free.
Katie joined for her first Goodgym session and is frankly a brilliant problem-solver and a tour de force at digging.
We heard about John’s impressive start at dawn to run from Camden to Peckham to volunteer at junior parkrun then hot toe it to Surrey Quays for some extra cardio before finding a vegan roast.
Tori was here fresh from graduation - putting service user design degrees to demonstrable use!
We met garden regulars Lara, Aisha, Adam, Sonia, Wieke and Mota who planted trees the size of twigs!
A few Christmas treats were shared - pannetone and tea.
