Parting parcel

Today a GoodGym runner ran to collect a prescription for Mr S.

On arrival at the pharmacy, it turned out the task wasn't possible - I was advised they cannot pass on 'controlled medication' (which includes stronger painkillers, etc) and they're due to deliver it later today.

Not wanting the trip to have been made in vain, I called Mr S who mentioned he'd been given more supplies in care packages than he knows what to do with, and asked if I could pass these on to good causes for him. While unorthodox, he was pleased to hand them over and I was able to distribute them to a foodbank drop point and some rough sleepers nearby.
