Parkrun is celebrating participants who walk for the month of October, to show that parkrun is for everyone and you don't have to run to take part.

Parkrun has even changed its name to parkwalk for October. Therefore, Becky volunteered for the first time's briefing and walked the course.

James and Maya also took part, lapping Becky a few times!

The sun was shining and no one slipped on the conkers or acorns, so a good morning was had all round and nearly 19k was clocked up by GoodGymers.
