Parkrun Team Effort - July Edition
5 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in Luton.

A cool cloudy day gave us great summer running conditions as we welcomed Lucica to her first GoodGym session. Lucy is getting back into running after having a couple of kids, and this was her first ever Parkrun too! Well done Lucy, we hope to see you again soon!
Connor absolutely smashed it, and got a new PB by 90 seconds, excellent work Connor! As if that wasn't enough he stuck around with Lizzy to take on the Colour Run as well! Great effort both of you!
We'll be back to Parkrun next week to volunteer and support all the other runners in their efforts.
