Moving In Mysterious (Slow) Ways
2 GoodGymers made their way 17.5km to help their local community in Portsmouth.

Jen and Dave took on the Slow Ways planned route from Fareham to Portsmouth as part of the Great Summer Way Check. We were lucky with the weather and managed to beat the rain home, however the route was certainly questionable!
The normally incredibly laid back Dave became increasingly outraged when I announced each bizarre twist and turn the route checker suggested. Since getting home he's plotted a different route, cutting off nearly two miles and avoiding crossing some major roads, so constructive feedback has been provided.
Luckily a refreshment break at Hilsea Lines Cafe softened the blow. Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant stroll with good company - and snacks! I've definitely had worse Sunday mornings!

Area Activator for GoodGym Portsmouth. I swear like a sailor, burp like a foghorn. Human A - Z of Portsmouth. Ultimately charming.
