Medication Dedication

After spending far too much of the day on Zoom, I was glad to get down to Royal Docks Pharmacy and drop off prescriptions for Ms V, Mr M (a new one) and Miss M (another new one and a previously undiscovered (to me) part of Beckton, displaying some lovely autumnal shades).

Big news on the Greenway this week is that the works on the stretch between Upper Road and Balaam Street are now finally finished. I can't remember when they started, but for most of the summer until now, has meant a slightly narrower, bumpier and muddier experience through this patch than would be completely ideal. I'm sure I'll appreciate the smoother ride in the weeks and months to come.
