Marshal law at Parkrun.
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Barnet.

Three GoodGym members came together to help Park Run Hampstead .
John actually also did the run and got back to help with the count in a local café.
Paul martialed some of the course to facilitate navigation and control of the rather large running group probably approaching 400 people. The other Paul did barcode scanning as people finished their 5km runs.
Parkrun wouldn’t be possible without volunteers and many people thank us for our work. It’s very worthwhile ..almost as good as running! Marshall, your good intentions and come along and help out.
