Luke what you made me do!

16 of GoodGyms finest ran 3k to St Luke’s Church to clear 30 bin bags of leaves and deliver 400 Christmas fair flyers.

How time fly’s!! Especially when I realised 7pm had long gone and we were still st the Bakehouse, Oops!!

Zooming out the gate heading swiftly on the short run to St Luke’s taking in the new shiny fashion shops. Meeting Keli and Kathleen splitting into 2 groups and getting stuck into some strong work.

We had a big group power off with Kathleen around the estate up and down up to 7 story high tower blocks leafleting to let the local community know about the Christmas fair all the other things going on at the Church over the Festive period! Working our way around systematically as a well oiled(ish) unit getting around 9 blocks of flats delivering over 400 leaflets in 35 minutes!

The Leaf brigade were in fine form stuffing the Leaf mountains into black bag after black bag, filling 30 black bin liners to the brim with ultra efficiency!

With 10 minutes of time to play with we snuck in a circuit blitz to test our lower body and get a good pump on our upper body and hone our core! Some tough squatting holds, tricep dips and incline planks really got the blood flowing!

With a short run back to base and the blood pumping the pace was laid down hard with the lead changing multiple times on the race back to base!
