Tonight it was great to welcome Molly to GG Brum for the first time.

Ben did the back marker job, walking to the task with Nadia and Mel also met us on the Soho Loop.

Yep tonight we went to a different part of the canal, the Soho Loop, hence the pun. On reaching our destination, first we managed to save an exhausted bee, from being squashed on the path! Yep he happily got on my yellow litter pick and got put back amongst the flowers, do good number 1 of the evening :)

We then headed onto the loop, meeting Mel. We found a particularly problematic spot which will filled our bags with.

Once done we did some hill training, yep 4 tough minutes, followed by a 1 minute rest, then another 3 minutes! Pretty tough, the bridges being fantastic for this, run up hard, across the top hard, then easy back down. Everyone put a top shift in.

Once done it was a steady run or walk back to 1000 Trades on what was a fabulous, sunny evening.
