Let there be light!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Kingston upon Thames.

2 runners ran 3km to help shed light on everything plus the kitchen sink.

The couple had only called GoodGym HQ this morning to report that their kitchen light bulb had blown, leaving the kitchen dangerously dark. Their local handyman was no longer available and they were exceptionally pleased with our LIGHTening quick same day response!

We tested our brains, balance and brawn as we climbed the step ladders to remove the old bulb and replace with a new one. It was a lovely team effort with the couple on hand to dust off the lamp cover, passing the bulbs and also flick the switch. There was a genuine cheer of deLIGHT from us all!

Brilliant job on the run report Nicky, managing to fil(ament) it with puns... and, as always, so lovely to see you and do some mission goodness together.
