Almost the end of the month, but still plenty to do at Jubilee Square. Today it was one bed in particular that needed a tidy up, by removing the weeds that had gone to seed and trimming back dead heads.

With 3 pairs off hand good progress was made, including harvesting the lavender which Danielle kindly offered to the volunteers and passers by, as gifts. Perhaps a symbol of new adventures and opportunities as some would believe. As the next season is only around the corner, it will be great to continue the progress here as autumn approaches.

There's just one Goodgym session left for August so why not sign up next Wednesday from 6-7pm.

We hope to have a Goodgym Taskforce member on site but otherwise Danielle or a member of her team from New Malden Town Centre Partnership will be on hand with instructions to ensure the weeds and pollinators are in safe hands.
