Knock and run
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in York.

I was asked to drop by to see if everything is OK at Ms W's house while her, her husband and son are in isolation.
She reported that her family are managing and that she had already arranged for her shopping to be delivered.
She also asked if someone would be able to pick up some prescriptions for her on Friday, which I was able to sort out with a quick email to GoodGym HQ.
Given that it was just a short, 1km run to her house, I took the scenic route home to make my daily fresh air ration up to 5km worth!
