4 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Barnet.

Four Good Gym members cycled and ran to Cold Fall Woods recreational ground to help prepare the reopening of the children’s playground. We met Linda and other members of the Friends group. After a brief introduction we set about litter picking and then clearing weeds from the base of the trees. After an hour we got together to show our booty ( the pirate use of the word ) and we had quite a haul including a Kitchen knife! Nice job everyone! Thanks for coming and doing so good. Paul
