Knaphill Run 🏃‍♀️

This week, Julie and I met up in Knaphill for a short run. We discovered some area of the village we did not know and are keen to renew the experience.

Meanwhile, James and Adam ran around Virginia Water Lake for a longer run at a faster pace. Well done “Boys”!

Nadia will take part in her second race on Sunday: The Italiy Run London 5K! We wish her the very best.

Will you be joining Alys on Saturday? She will celebrate her 100th parkrun! On Sunday you have two choices: either help at junior parkrun in Woking Park or helping to set up a train track for children with autism. This will take place in Brookwood Memorial Hall.
