Just be cos...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Friday, 2nd of August 2024
Ms M had added a packet of Cos Lettuce to her usual weekly list - I of course knew that the world's politest supermarket wouldn't let me down, although it took me a few tours of the aisles to actually find it amongst the vast amount of greenery on display. I did though spend most of the mission then wondering how said lettuce got it's name...apparently because it originated from the greek island of Kos...and is the same variation as Romaine, which got its name because the lettuce originally reached the west via Rome. Just another school day in the aisles then.
