Junior Park Fun @ Caledonian Park

On a sunny Sunday morning, I joined all the other Junior Park run volunteers at Caledonian Park. Everyone was thrilled because of the lovely weather, but also that the event is happening again. Caledonian Junior Park Run is relatively new and it was nice to see that there already was a great community feel to it. :)

After I was given my role, a lovely 'Helfer' took me to zone 3 where I was marshaling. The park run was great fun as usual and I was happy to see the perseverance of all the young runners that took part. Two and a half rounds later, the event came to an end. I said goodbye to all volunteers and Helen (the organiser), as well as congratulated all the young runners.
