Jubilation at the Jubilee Plog
4 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Slough Borough Council Neighbourhood Services in Slough.

Last week 2 Goodgym runners noticed the amount of rubbish there was along the Jubilee River, whilst out on a leisurely run
So this week, 4 Goodgymers decided to can the rubbish
Wonderful People
One man and his dog were walking along the river and asked us what we were doing.
So, we beared our chests (only to show him the Goodgym tshirts!) and explained what we were doing. He thought we were the most wonderful people he'd met... and he's not wrong!
Just a litter care in your community makes it a much nicer place to live
Thank you to Nisha, Sut and Harsha for giving up 30 minutes this morning to do this well needed task
That breakfast is well deserved
