Mr R needed help to take some curtains down for cleaning, this took seconds to do so I also helped him take some rubbish out from his kitchen. He was grateful for the help as he is quite isolated living alone and is not as mobile as he once was. And I was grateful for the reason to get out for a run having been a bit lazy this week!
