This morning's Parkrun at Burgess was to say the least epic.

It's usually a big event with over five hundred runners b attending but today they managed to beat their record and had over seven hundred and fifty runners.

Sadly for some of these runners they didn't know about the DFYB (Don't Forget Your Barcode rule) so unfortunately won't get their first parkrun on the board.

However they seemed to have enjoyed the event and many are looking forward to doing it again.

Big thank you to all who volunteered this morning and look out for more chances to help out Parkrun with this being the month of fitness for most people.
