It’ll Be All White on the Night

A new job for us this evening, at the Focal Activity Centre. This little centre hosts a wide range of community groups and activities including a wellbeing gardening group which grows vegetables in the raised bed at the back of the building.

Our task was to paint an exterior wall white to make the garden area nicer. Kati Law, Ben Godfrey, Tom Elcock, David Bilton, Alison Cottam and myself soon got stuck in with brushes and rollers.

Whilst we painted Chrissie from the centre explained all about the group and showed us some of the produce they had growing, including broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and sweetcorn.

An hour later we were done, the wall looked much better and GoodGym could chalk up another top task to help our local community.
