Fantastic Monday evening effort by all, tonight's was a Fast-and-Furious session consisting of 20 HIIT exercises of 45 seconds with a quick 15 seconds rest in between! Jenny and Dharmesh added to the pain by going for a run beforehand!!!!
We finished with a good 10min cool down by stretching out all muscles that were worked finished with the usual spinal rolls to lift off from the ground:)
