Home win...and two draw(er)s.

Tropical conditions in Islington at lunchtime today...Latoya and I were both very glad that Mr L's flat was on the ground floor and it would only be a short shuffle through a couple of doors to the bin area with his bed and mattress.

Fortunately the various parts of the bed were all reasonably manoeuvrable, and we managed to fashion enough space in the outside area to put everything without blocking any doors or access. Was certainly a good thing we did a check of both drawers in the divan base, as we discovered somewhat at the last minute there were still items in there...so that required a quick emptying and placing back in Mr L's bedroom, and with that we were done.

The OT who let us in was very grateful for our efforts as the medical bed for Mr L was being delivered within the next hour which would then enable Mr L to be discharged back to his home later this week. Admirably Latoya was heading off to her next mission...I went to find a palm tree to sit under and cool down.
