Having got Oxfordshire Libraries to track down their missing large-print copy of Daphne du Maurier's Rebecca, I could at last take it to Mrs S, who had been waiting for it for quite a while, along with the requested James Herriot.
Some of Mrs S's other requests are not in stock in large print, so some lateral thinking may be required next time...
