3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Southampton.

Today Abby, Steph and Lauren arrived bright and early to help volunteer at Southampton common junior parkrun.
Abby was on barcode scanning duties whilst Steph and Lauren were given marshalling privileges at the top corner.
43 happy excited children ran the course this morning and we look forward to supporting them again next week
