Henley parkrun is a gorgeous route over some fields and through some woodland. It's a two lap course with a cracker of a hill half way through each lap.

Today was event 234 and the 6th anniversary of the first event. We were greeted by the run director and enjoyed the run briefing which included warnings about potential of horses, cows and other pedestrians.

With a 1, 2, 3, GO we were off and all thoroughly enjoyed the run, despite the slopes....

After our athletic escapades we popped into Henley town centre for the traditional post-parkrun coffee and pastries (and a little tipple for Anna and Matt) and to people watch all the regatta go-ers.
